Sauerkraut and beef offal
Overview
On the day off, I bought some beef offal and took it home to braise. LG said he wanted to eat something appetizing. He happened to have some homemade sauerkraut at home, with some green and red peppers. It was sour and spicy and very appetizing. The offal was also cut into larger pieces, so you could eat the meat in big mouthfuls. It was very enjoyable.

Braised beef offal in advance, you can braise it until soft and tender. Wash the sauerkraut and prepare some onions, ginger, garlic, and green and red peppers.

Cut the braised beef offal into large thick slices, cut the sauerkraut with a razor blade, use a knife to cut the onions, ginger and garlic, and cut the green and red peppers into small pieces.

Heat up the pan and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic.

Add sauerkraut and braised beef into the pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until there is no water vapor in the sauerkraut, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, and add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Cook until the sauerkraut and braised beef offal are soft and cooked, add green and red peppers.

Stir well and serve.
