Delicious and beautiful braised chicken feet
Overview
Chicken feet, also known as chicken paws, chicken feet, chicken feet, etc., are rich in glutamic acid, collagen and calcium. Eating more can not only soften blood vessels, but also have beautifying effects. For my family, chicken feet are no longer a dish on the dinner table, but a snack after meals and during leisure time. I can be said to be a semi-expert in making brine. I added a lot of Chinese herbal medicine to the ingredients of this braised chicken feet, which can remove fishy smell, strengthen the spleen and aid digestion. If you eat more, you will not get angry and your stomach will not feel uncomfortable. It is only full of collagen. It is delicious and beautiful, and you can’t stop eating it.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails, slice the ginger, cut the green onions into sections, and various spices (one star anise and a small piece of cinnamon are missing in the picture)
-
Put water in the pot, a few slices of ginger, white vinegar, about 10ML of rice wine, add the chicken feet and blanch them
-
After the water boils over high heat, continue to blanch for about a minute. Pour the chicken feet into cold water, wash them and drain them
-
Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil
-
Immediately add green onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, red peppers, and bay leaves (the spices must be added in order) and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Do not remove the peppers
-
Pour in the chicken feet and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add in all the other spices and stir-fry evenly (about 1 minute)
-
Add the remaining rice wine, white sugar, and light soy sauce and stir-fry until the chicken feet are all colored, then add boiling water (the amount of water equal to the chicken feet)
-
Bring to a boil over high heat for about 2 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer, covered, until the juice is thick (about 20 minutes), add salt, and reduce the juice over high heat
-
Wrap the chicken feet with tin foil and put them on a plate (you don’t have to worry about getting your hands dirty when watching TV or playing on the computer)
