Abalone roasted chicken

Soak the hazelnut mushrooms overnight and wash them several times in clean water until there is no sand at the bottom of the bowl;

Soak the dried abalone overnight and cut with a flower knife;

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce to the abalone, marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours;

Cut the green and red peppers and garlic into small pieces, wash the coriander and green onions and set aside;

Heat cooking oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add abalone and chicken nuggets and stir-fry until the surface of the chicken nuggets turns golden brown, add hazelnut mushrooms and continue frying for 5 minutes;

Add green and red chili peppers, add appropriate amount of water and soy sauce, reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. 5 minutes before serving, add coriander and green onions and stir-fry.
