Ingredients
Steps
-
Main ingredients: pork filling, mushrooms, bean skin (thin)
-
Put Qianzhang into a large bowl, add boiling water and soak for a few minutes (this can remove the beany smell from Qianzhang)
-
When soaking thousands of sheets, adjust the meat filling. Add the minced onion and ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper, chicken powder, salt, cooking wine, cooking oil and other seasonings into the meat filling and stir evenly until slightly thickened.
-
Wash and mince mushrooms
-
Add minced shiitake mushrooms to the meat filling. Mix again to form filling
-
Cut the soaked sheets into small squares of even size (side length is about 10 cm)
-
Take a small piece of paper and put minced meat in it
-
Wrap and tie the wrapped qianzhangbao with coriander stalks or small chives to prevent them from falling apart during cooking. (I used the leftover zongzi leaves from making zongzi and tore them into strips)
-
After everything is wrapped, place it on a plate and put it in a steamer. Steam over high heat for about 10 minutes.
-
You can add fillings according to your own preferences. You can add carrots, water chestnuts and other favorite ingredients to the minced meat to make it more nutritious.
