Overview

Wuyuan Stewed Local Chicken - Wuyuan, which consists of jujubes, longans, lotus seeds, gorgon seeds, and wolfberries, is stewed together with low-fat and high-protein local chicken.   1. Cut the chicken into pieces;

  2. Soak the lotus seeds in advance, wash the jujubes, longan meat, gorgon seeds, and wolfberry seeds and set aside;

  3. Cut ginger into slices;
