Sauce-flavored duck wings

Overview

This sauce-flavored duck wing is delicious, not irritating, and can be eaten as a snack. My daughter praised it as royal duck wings! In the past, the duck wings were cooked in one piece, but my daughter said it was difficult to bite them open. Today, I mentioned it to the store at the vegetable market. The owner of the duck wings recommended cutting the duck wings into 3 pieces, which is easier for children to eat and the flavor is more substantial. I tried making it, and it was indeed more delicious and fragrant.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Cut the duck wings into 3 pieces as shown in the picture.

  2. Clean well.

  3. Put the duck wings in the pot and boil them in water until they are almost cooked.

  4. Have ingredients ready.

  5. Put appropriate amount of water and ingredients into the pot.

  6. Put the duck wings into the pot, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons of white wine.

  7. Cover the pot and boil for 20 minutes, turning once in the middle.

  8. Prepare soybean paste, any brand of bean paste will do.

  9. After boiling for 20 minutes, add the bean paste, flip evenly, cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.

  10. Complete the dish. I purposely make more, put some on a plate to enjoy, and put some in the freezer as a snack (it’s okay to keep it fresh in the freezer for two days, but heat it in the microwave before eating).
