Overview
Recently, I have been very close to cute things, and I have made bread and steamed buns that are loved by children. The pink and chubby piglet is stuffed with brown sugar and used to coax our little beauties

Steps
-
Warm the milk to about 30 degrees, pour in the yeast, let it sit for a few minutes, slowly pour it into the flour basin, stir the dough while pouring, and mix well
-
Use your hands to knead the dough into a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. Cut out 20 grams of small dough, roll it into a ball, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment
-
Use a toothpick to pick up a little pink coloring and knead it into the divided dough
-
After kneading the dough evenly, wrap it in plastic wrap. Because the dough is very small, it cannot be fermented in a warm place like large dough. It will over ferment. I put it in the refrigerator
-
Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar, then pour in a little flour, stir evenly to form a brown sugar filling
-
Ferment the dough until it doubles in size and deflate the air
-
Divide into small pieces of 50g each, knead again and roll into balls
-
Take a small dough, sprinkle it with hand flour, and roll it out
-
Wrap in the prepared brown sugar filling and tighten the seal
-
Take the pink dough out of the refrigerator, sprinkle with hand flour, and roll it into very thin sheets
-
Use a sharp knife to cut into three isosceles shapes to make piggy ears
-
Put the remaining pink dough together again and roll it into a 0.5 cm thick sheet
-
Use a 0.5cm wide piping tip to cut out a round shape and flatten it to make the piggy’s nose
-
Dip some water into the ears and nose, place them in the corresponding position of the piglet, and use a toothpick to poke two holes in the nose
-
Dip black sesame seeds in water to make piggy eyes. Then take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, dip it in water, and place it on the piggy's butt to make the tail. Steam in cold water for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Open the lid and take out the piggy
