Secret Braised Elbow
Overview
Braised elbows, this meat dish is actually easy to make. From winter to the Spring Festival, some will be braised. This time I added the old marinade. Don’t pour out the used marinade. It can always be used. Just put it in the freezer of the refrigerator. When you want to use it, you can take it out to defrost, add some seasonings, and then you can put it in. Braised, it will be very fragrant. If you make the braised elbow into a long roll, you can use plastic wrap. I use a plastic bag to roll it up, and then roll it tightly with tin foil, or roll it tightly with cloth. It is very convenient to cut after refrigeration. Take the braised elbow out of the refrigerator, cut a plate of cold elbow meat to satisfy your appetite, and mix it with a side dish. It is so beautiful.
