Steps

Prepare the ingredients. The pig skin can be cut into small pieces and tied with cotton thread.

There is not much water in the pot, so add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce again, and stir-fry for the third time.

This step of adding light soy sauce and dark soy sauce is performed three times in total.
