Ingredients are ready.

Fry the duck feet, blanch the snails in water, wash them and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water and add duck feet, star anise, bay leaves and cinnamon berries (I forgot to add cinnamon berries when I took the photo).

Boil over high heat for 20 minutes. Add the hot pot base ingredients, bean paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt (add slowly to prevent it from being too salty).

Boil the tofu again.

Then put the snails.

Boil the snails for 10 minutes.
