Prepare to fish.

Prepare minced ginger and garlic.

Wash the hairtail fish, add marinade, mix well and cook for 20 minutes.

Put oil in a small pot. When the oil is 60% hot, add the hairtail and fry.

Fry until golden and crispy.

Take it out and set aside.

Prepare some green and red peppers and garlic, cut into pieces (I forgot to take a photo after cutting).

Heat a pan, add some oil, and sauté the minced green and red pepper and garlic over low heat until fragrant.

Add the fried hairtail and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir-fry quickly.
