Mix cooked sesame and peanuts and grind them into pieces; add appropriate amount of salt to the sesame paste, then add a little cold boiled water in batches to thin it out, and stir until it becomes ribbon-like.

Add chili oil, white bean curd, peanut sesame powder, minced garlic, etc. to the sesame ingredients according to personal taste and mix thoroughly.

Cut the shrimp from the back and pick out the shrimp line, remove the shrimp tentacles and sword, clean them; cut the squid flowers into sections.

Peel, wash and cut onions into small pieces, peel and wash potatoes and cut into hob pieces, shred green onions and slice ginger.
