Fried radish with pickles
Overview
Almost every household in Pu'er will pickle several jars of pickled vegetables every winter. Because they are pickled in the twelfth lunar month of winter, they are called pickled vegetables. Pickled vegetables are washed, dried, cut into sections, and pickled with various seasonings such as salt, pepper, chili, fennel, etc. Pickled vegetables can be eaten alone, or used for stir-fry or soup. The sour and spicy taste has the effect of appetizing and increasing food intake.

Wash the white radish, cut into slices and then cut into shreds.
