Tofu seabass
Overview
Originally I wanted to make braised tofu fish, which is rich and fragrant, but when the water was put into the pot and the soup became milky white, I really couldn't bear to part with the fresh, thick and milky white fish soup, so I just went for a fresh and refreshing one. Fortunately, LG also likes this light way of eating. The tofu is tender and smooth, the fish is tender, and the thick white and fresh fish soup is added to it.

Wash the seabass, pat dry, cut with a cross knife, and rub the whole body with salt.

Heat the pot, add oil and put the fish in the pot.

After frying both sides until fragrant, add the ginger and green onion to the pan and saute until fragrant.

Put the tofu into the pot.

Add boiling water and cook over high heat until the soup turns thick white.
