Mugwort has been used to prevent and treat diseases for thousands of years. It has antibacterial, antiviral, sedative, anti-allergic, liver-protecting and choleretic effects. Prepare ingredients, sweet potato puree needs to be prepared in advance

Mix sugar with appropriate amount of water
