We have ushered in the first solar term of winter - Beginning of Winter. In the Northeast, on such an important day, shouldn’t we celebrate it by eating dumplings? In fact, in the Northeast, dumplings are eaten during any solar term. I just recently bought a Kantar GA all-in-one steamer and griller, so let’s try the Seasiders’ Pumpkin and Sea Vegetable Steamed Dumplings!

Put all the dough ingredients into the chef's machine, beat into a piece of dough and wrap it in plastic wrap to rest.
