Spicy and spicy blood

Wash and cut duck blood into pieces, marinate with cooking wine and set aside

Cut garlic sprouts into sections, mince ginger, garlic, and pickled peppers

Add appropriate amount of oil, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic bean paste, pickled pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add a large bowl of water, pour an appropriate amount of red oil, pepper oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt, and cook for a few minutes

Then add the duck blood, turn over a few times, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for ten minutes

Flip again, add garlic sprouts and cook for a few more minutes, until the duck blood is fragrant and there is not much soup

Pour in the gravy prepared with water and chicken essence to reduce the juice over high heat
