Meat dumplings
Overview
There are three kinds of fillings for New Year’s dumplings. The pure meat dumplings are for my daughter. We had pickled cabbage pork and green pepper pork. The three of them made handbags together, in order to distinguish the carrot juice and noodles from pure meat.

Chop the pork and add chopped green onions.

Add light soy sauce, pepper powder, sesame oil, cooking wine, salt, and a little mushroom sauce.

Heat the oil, add onion, ginger, star anise, and peppercorns and fry until fragrant.

Pick out the star anise, peppercorns, green onion and ginger, pour the oil into the meat filling, add chicken essence and mix well.

Carrot juice is mixed into colorful dough.

Then cover the white dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.

Roll the colored dough into a rectangular shape and wrap it with white thin dough and pinch tightly.

Cut into small pieces with a knife.

Roll out the dough.

Wrap it up.

Boil water for 7 minutes.

Fish out.
