Golden coconut balls
Overview
The golden coconut balls are my favorite. While it was roasting, the whole house was filled with this strong coconut fragrance, which smelled so good. One bite at a time, it tastes crispy and delicious, and you won’t get tired of eating it. The golden coconut shredded balls made with egg yolk are crispy and rich in coconut aroma. Each one is yellow and lovely, and has an endless aftertaste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
After the butter has softened, you can place it in a bowl with hot water to warm it up in winter, or place it in a microwave to defrost it slightly
-
Beat the butter and add powdered sugar. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar
-
Use a whisk to beat the butter until it becomes white and thickened
-
Add egg yolk several times
-
Beat evenly and add in portions to prevent the oil and eggs from separating. Mix thoroughly after each addition before adding the next one
-
Add milk to the stirred butter, pour in coconut milk, low-gluten flour, and milk powder, stir evenly, and gently knead into a dough
-
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a small ball. Roll the small ball in shredded coconut so that the surface of the small ball is evenly coated with a layer of coconut
-
Make all the balls according to this method, place them on a baking tray, and put them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bake until the surface is golden brown and then take them out
