Sixi Steamed Dumplings
Overview
The New Year is coming soon, and when we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, the dishes that come to mind are all exciting. This Sixi steamed dumpling is a famous traditional snack of the Han people. Many of my friends have done it, and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. There were still some flaws the first time I made it, so I had to practice it and I made it for my dad when I went home during the Spring Festival.
