Nut Nougat
Overview
The nougat I usually eat only has peanuts. I feel that the nutritional ratio is not enough, so I put the nuts that I usually like to eat into the nougat. I eat the sugar with one sugar, and then eat the nuts. The reason why dried fruits are not added is to allow the nougat to maintain its toughness and chewiness. After all, dried fruits contain moisture and can easily make the nougat regain moisture. Dried fruits are more suitable to be placed in snowflake cakes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Fry the peanuts until cooked, rub off the skin and set aside.
-
I crushed the sesame powder myself with a wall breaker, then put it in the microwave and cooked it (1 minute and 30 seconds). The cooked sesame powder is more fragrant. I found a cookie lid to put the nougat liquid in. (There is no need to buy a separate box for nougat liquid. It is not necessary. You can also use a glass lunch box or a relatively flat plate.)
-
Chop various nuts and set aside. I put pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds and peanuts.
-
I put a layer of tin foil in the iron lid, and brushed a layer of olive oil on the tin foil (preferably sprinkled with milk powder, which is more convenient) for easy demoulding.
-
Put butter in a non-stick pan (low heat all the time, low heat all the time, low heat all the time! Say important things three times.) It is recommended to use less butter, 80g is enough.
-
After the butter is melted, add the marshmallows and melt into a paste.
-
Add the marshmallows and stir continuously to form a paste.
-
Pour in the milk powder and stir evenly.
-
Pour in various nuts and mix well. I feel that the butter can be reduced a little. I originally wanted to make salt and pepper and spicy flavors, but since I was making it by myself and had to take photos, I couldn't make it both flavors, so I just made the original flavor. It is recommended that you can make two flavors if you have someone to accompany you to take photos.
-
Pour out onto a plate and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting.
-
To remove the mold, I used an iron chopstick as a ruler to guide the cutting.
-
Cut. (It’s a little ugly, don’t mind.)
-
I bought specialized packaging bags and a sealing machine. Better preserved.
-
Completed.
