Summer appetizer--Curry rice
Overview
I took Niuer there in the morning and stayed there all morning. Time passed too fast. I took my two treasures to the market to quickly grab some time and buy a few simple vegetables. If it's too late to add washing and stir-frying, I'll make a quick curry rice. I happened to have something quick and easy to manage at home. I didn’t use beef or chicken. It was too late to go to the market and only pork was available. I made do with pork and it actually tasted just as good. Niuer started to get angry and refused to eat, saying that there was no cooking and it was boring. Niuer saw her brother eating vigorously and started to taste it too. Oops, I accidentally finished eating (by the time I took the photo). While eating, I kept mumbling that it was so delicious. Why was I unhappy just now? Fortunately, I ate it, otherwise I would have missed the delicious meal. This little guy is too. . .
