Clean the lettuce.

Add some salt to the boiling water, add the lettuce and blanch it for 1 minute.

Remove and cool.

Drain and cut into pieces.

Stir the carrots finely.

Stir the spring bamboo shoots (blanched) finely.

Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms and stir finely.

Place lettuce, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, dried shrimps, and minced garlic in a large bowl.

Add cooking oil, salt and oyster sauce and mix well.

Take an appropriate amount of filling and form it into a ball with your hands, making the ball firm.

Roll in cornmeal and coat with cornmeal.

Use both hands to press it, then roll it in the corn flour, repeat several times.

Prepared vegetable dumplings.

Place corn leaves on top and steam for 12 minutes.
