If there is no chicken soup, you can replace it with water, the diced pork inside can be replaced with shrimps, and the carrots and cucumbers can be replaced with other vegetables

Cut the pork into small dices, the smaller the better, peel the carrots and cut into small dices, cut the cucumber into small dices, and mince the garlic

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and prepare an appropriate amount of chicken soup (if there is no chicken soup, use water instead)

Add chicken stock, then add some soy sauce, simmer until the soup boils, and finally add some sesame oil (if there is no chicken stock, add water)

Strain the soup and diced meat and vegetables to separate

This is the filtered soup, let cool and set aside

When the soup is almost cool, mix it evenly with the egg liquid. The ratio can be 1 part of egg liquid and 1.5-2 parts of soup. If you still want to eat more tender, you can change to 1 part of egg liquid and 3 parts of soup (do not mix when it is too hot, as the egg liquid will be boiled)

After mixing, pass it through the sieve twice. The purpose of sieving is to filter out impurities and make the egg liquid smoother

Prepare the stew pot and other ingredients

Pour the egg liquid into the stew pot, then add the diced meat and vegetables, then the shrimp skin, mix well
