Beat the lean meat into patties with the back of a knife (beat both sides).

A piece of tofu.

Cut a few slices of ginger and green onions and put them on top of the lean meat to remove the fishy smell.

Crack two eggs into a bowl and stir into a paste.

Pour the egg mixture over the patties.

Sprinkle in appropriate amount of pepper, salt, and light soy sauce and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Pour the remaining egg mixture over the tofu.

Heat oil in a pan to 80% temperature, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides.

In another pan, add the meatloaf and fry until golden brown.

Prepare green and red peppers.

Put the tofu into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add green and red peppers, add appropriate amount of salt and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle in pepper.

The finished product is out of the pot.
