Overview

Sauerkraut, fried meat or boiled meat are both very delicious with rice. The pickled pork slices I made are only slightly sour and spicy. If you like it spicier, add some pickled peppers and cook for a while or drizzle some red oil on it to make it more enjoyable.   1. Prepare ingredients.
