Cut green onions into sections and slice ginger.

The spices are ready to be soaked in water.

Sauce: a little salt, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, mix thoroughly and set aside.

Prepare 1 cup of strong liquor.

Put the pork ribs in a pot under cold water and add ginger slices and cooking wine to blanch.

Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, aniseed, dried chili peppers, ginger slices and scallions until fragrant. Add the pork ribs, add the prepared sauce and stir-fry evenly.
