【Luffa Seafood Soup】---Sharing the No. 1 Soup in Private Houses
Overview
This private soup is my best and the one I make most often. Soup is a must at a family banquet. Such a delicious soup is suitable for all ages and tastes delicious. It is the delicious soup that is the finale of family gatherings. I posted my first recipe on Gourmet World on September 22, 2013. After diary, I would like to thank everyone for your support and love. For the first time, I felt that the power of food is endless and that food connects you and me. This soup can be said to be the first among my soups. I think it is, because I like to drink this very much, and my family also likes it. I remember that my uncle is very picky. Sometimes he would think that the eggs in my fried tomatoes and scrambled eggs were overcooked, or that this dish had too little salt, or that one was too much. Anyway, I was just dissatisfied with this or that, and I was used to it, so I pretended not to hear it. But he was the only one who praised the soup highly. Even said it was delicious. I remember the first time I made this soup, the little guy and his sister drank the soup all the way to the bottom in a short time. There was still a little bit left, so I shouted, leaving a mouthful for me to take a photo as a souvenir. I have made this soup many times to this day, but the ingredients in it will change every time. The only things that remain unchanged are loofah, shrimp, scallops, scallops, squid, and chicken soup. In the past, tofu buttons were put in it, and it tasted particularly good. Anyway, you can change and join if you like, and I will change every time. This soup gives people a new feeling and texture every time. And the soup I made tastes great whether it is drunk hot or cold. It’s delicious even when it’s cold

Ingredients
Steps
-
Process the seafood first. Cut the squid into small pieces and chop them with a knife. Soak the dried abalone with scallops. Remove the shrimp threads and peel them into shrimps. You can leave one or two whole shrimps and remove only the shrimp threads and shrimp tentacles
-
Boil water in a pot and blanch the seafood
-
Blanch the seafood and set aside
-
Slice the garlic, leaving a part of it uncut, and then slice the ginger. You can get more garlic for cooking
-
Prepare the chicken soup. This time it’s old hen soup, so it’s a bit yellow
-
Get ready the loofahs. These are the loofahs grown by my mother. They are truly pollution-free. I planted two of them at home. They have a lot of fruit. Generally, loofahs are long in shape. This loofah is short oval in shape
-
Peel and cut loofah into pieces
-
Put a little corn oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Then add the seafood and stir-fry for a while, then add the loofah and continue to stir-fry
-
Then pour in the chicken soup (if there is no chicken soup, use water instead, but it will not taste as good as the chicken soup)
-
After boiling the pot, if you have time, pour it into a porcelain pot for making soup and simmer over low heat. If you don’t have time, just like me, pour it into an electric pressure cooker
-
Fasten the lid of the electric pressure cooker, select the soup making function, and wait, it will prompt when it is cooked
-
When it's cooked, if you like coriander, add some coriander; if you like sesame oil, add a little sesame oil and you're ready to eat
-
Isn’t this soup very simple yet delicious
-
Put in whole shrimp
-
I like to eat squid or something inside, haha
