Cold Spicy Fish Fillet
Overview
In the summer, I make a plate of cold fish fillets. It is spicy and refreshing and less greasy. The fish fillets are tender and delicious. It is very good! I remember when I ate out before, I later learned that some would add meat tenderizer (food additive), which contains chemical ingredients, mainly to improve the taste. There is no need to do it at home. If you do that, you will be very sorry for yourself. So when it comes to eating delicious food, it’s better to do it yourself so that it’s clean, hygienic and safe to eat! As long as you practice it a few times, you can achieve that kind of texture!
