Overview
Pi belly, also known as dried pork skin, is made from fresh pork skin dried in the sun. It is made from pig hind leg skin and back skin. The skin is firm and thick, with good swelling properties, but the cortex in other parts is poor. After the dried meat skin is swollen, it can be cut into shreds, slices, etc., and is suitable for cooking methods such as mixing, roasting, grilling, and making soup. The skin belly also contains a large number of trace elements, which can promote metabolism and nourish the skin. Long-term consumption will keep you young forever.
