Cut the pork belly into cubes and chop the shelduck into cubes.

Add white sugar to color, add dark soy sauce and fresh soy sauce, stir-fry again, add beer, salt, simmer over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly until the duck meat is stewed and crispy, reduce the juice over high heat, add chicken essence and sprinkle with minced coriander.
