Tea chestnut chicken
Overview
When I went back to my mother-in-law's house on the weekend, someone in the village raised some free-range chickens. I bought one. After I got home, I burned it and added chestnuts and tea. It had a light tea aroma and tasted good.

Peel and wash the chestnuts, and ask the master to remove the skins when you buy them.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash.

Boil water in a pot.

Wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces, and prepare the onions and ginger.

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the chicken and stir-fry.

Add some soy sauce for color.

Add onion, ginger and star anise and stir-fry.

Add chestnuts and potatoes and stir-fry.

Add the braised sauce and stir-fry.

Add tea.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

When the soup is thickened, add chili pepper and salt, mix thoroughly and remove from the pot.
