Roast Beef
Overview
Try a different method of roasting beef. Add some peppercorn oil when marinating, and add some red wine when roasting. It tastes really good, the meat is tender and smooth, great!

Soak beef in cold water with bleeding water, wash and set aside

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, add a little red wine to the marinated beef, mix well, brush with black pepper barbecue sauce and put it on the baking sheet
