  1. Wash the pork belly and cut into sections of about 3 cm, as shown in the picture

  2. Pour water into a pot, add sliced ginger, green onions, and cooking wine and start to blanch the pork belly. After boiling, skim off the foam, take it out, and keep a large bowl of broth for later use

  6. Pour in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rock sugar, rose bean curd, cooking wine, and a bowl of broth
