Tofu is often eaten at home, so I learned to make this tofu.

Prepare tofu and cut into small pieces.

Soak in light salt water for about 10 minutes and drain.

Prepare bean paste and black bean paste

Scallions and pork.

Heat red oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color

Add tempeh and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tofu and appropriate amount of water.

Add light soy sauce
-
Add sugar
-
Add pepper and cook for 5 minutes

Add starch to thicken
-
Push the spatula to thicken the tofu soup and turn off the heat.

Take out of the pot
