Steamed meatballs with soy milk, egg and tofu
Overview
Making soy milk, egg and tofu has very strict requirements for soy milk. It must be free of residue. The finished product must be smooth and delicate. If there is residue, it will definitely fail. Joyoung's broken-walled filter-free soybean milk machine DJ13R-P3, the second generation of broken-walled filter-free system and stove cooking technology, makes soy milk that is particularly smooth, fragrant and residue-free. Using this kind of soy milk, coupled with free-range eggs in rural areas, the soy milk and eggs are made. The tofu is so delicious, and the color is very beautiful and attractive. It is already very fragrant when eaten this way. I added a large meatball, which not only further improved the nutrition, but also the tender and smooth feeling of the tofu in the mouth with the aroma of gravy, which constantly stimulates the taste buds....

Steps
-
Put the soybeans soaked in advance into the soymilk machine, add water, turn on the power and an interface will appear, select the wet and dry bean function, and the soymilk machine will start working
-
After the soy milk is made, filter it. It is really residue-free. What is left on the filter is very little and extremely fine paste
-
Have other ingredients ready. Let the soy milk cool. The meat filling needs to be processed: Add minced onion and ginger, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, a little water, and dry starch to the meat filling. Stir vigorously in a clockwise direction and then smash it a few times. Form a meatball and put it in a small bowl for later use.
-
Crack the eggs into a larger bowl, add a little salt, and beat evenly with a hand mixer
-
Pour the same amount of cold soy milk as the egg liquid into the bowl containing the egg liquid, and stir evenly
-
Filter it
-
Place a layer of plastic wrap in a small stainless steel bowl (this is the small bowl in a vacuum lunch box), and pour in the filtered soy milk and egg liquid
-
Seal the top with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from entering
-
After the water in the steamer boils, steam the meatballs and soy milk and egg liquid together
-
Cook on medium heat for 11 minutes. If the soy milk and egg liquid does not flow, take it out and let it cool and cut into pieces. Steam the meatballs for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Meatballs and sliced soy milk, eggs and tofu on the plate
-
Prepare a gravy: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of rice vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil, a little corn starch, a little chicken powder, a little salt
-
Put it into the pot, stir it once it is boiled, and then pour it on the meatballs and soy milk, eggs and tofu
