Crispy Braised Pork Rice with Onions

Prepare the main ingredients first, wash and dice the pork belly, onions and mushrooms, wash the eggs and set aside

Wash and mince onions and garlic, and cut ginger into cubes

Boil the eggs, peel them and set aside (if you like braised eggs, you can boil two more)

Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of fried onions until the onions are browned

Remove the chopped onions and drain the oil and set aside

Heat the oil pan again, add in diced pork belly and stir-fry until meat color turns white and excess fat is forced out

Add diced mushrooms and stir-fry

Then add onion, garlic and ginger slices and stir-fry evenly

Add dark soy sauce

Add cooking rice wine and stir-fry evenly

Finally add fried chopped onions

Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water into the braised pork

Add rock sugar and star anise
-
Add shelled eggs
-
Add salt, bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour

The stewed braised pork is very tempting

Blanch a few green vegetables and set aside
-
Put it on a plate, put rice on it, pour a big spoonful of braised pork on top of the rice, top it with cut braised eggs and vegetables, and enjoy it ^_^
