Wash and grate the white radish!

Bring water to a boil in a wok, add shredded white radish and blanch it, then drain it into cold water. Don't pour out the water in the pot, put the vermicelli in and soak until soft.

Cut the pork into pieces, marinate the leaner ones with soy sauce for a while, and leave the fatter ones alone for cooking in oil.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, add the peppercorns, star anise, and ginger and fry them. Then put the diced fat pork into the pan and fry. After the oil in the fat is forced out, add the minced green onions and fry for a while. Turn off the heat and let cool.

After soaking the shredded radish in cold water, cut it all slightly with a knife, and chop the soaked vermicelli into small pieces. Finally mix all the ingredients together and it’s done! Ready to unpack.
