Red wine grape bread
A sugar-free, oil-free, dairy-free, and egg-free flatbread relies on the full fermentation of red wine, raisins and air. It took me a week from homemade fruit yeast to completion of baking, and I was moved by the mellow aroma of red wine emanating from the oven. My idea came from a piece of bread I accidentally ate when I went to Taiwan in early April. This bread won the championship in the 2010 World Bread Masters. I went to the Eslite Bookstore in Taiwan and bought a few books on bread making. When I got home, I found that one of them was related to the champion bread. I I was very excited, determined to try it, and was mentally prepared to fail. When the bread came out of the oven, I was moved. Not only did it not fail, it tasted quite good, with a bit of sourness in the mouth. The outer shell was hard and chewy, and the internal tissue was soft and elastic. I will continue to explore and improve. Wonderful food must be shared with everyone!

Super simple---fried Haihong
Haihong, whose scientific name is mussel, is one of my country's important economic shellfish and a well-known seafood treasure at home and abroad. The meat is delicious and nutritious. The dried product contains 53.5% protein, 6.9% fat, 17.6% sugar, 8.6% inorganic salt, as well as various vitamins, iodine, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other trace elements and a variety of amino acids. Because sea red has high nutritional value, it is called sea eggs. Although Hainan has high nutritional value, the price is very cheap. Every spring is the fattest season of Hainan, and a large number of Hainan will be on the market. My family and I like the delicious taste and tender texture of Haihong. . . .

Stir-fried minced meat and garlic sprouts
Now is the season for eating garlic sprouts, but the price is almost the same as in winter. It is actually 15 yuan per kilogram. This is the price I asked at several stores. The vendors selling garlic sprouts all said that it was too expensive to advance and there was nothing they could do. Is it because prices have gone up or is it price gouging? Vegetables can be cheap in this season, but many vegetables have increased in price. Red bell peppers are actually 16 yuan per kilogram, which is more expensive than silver carp. Fish is really not as delicious. I really need to eat fish instead! Garlic sprouts are warm in nature and have the effects of warming and lowering qi, replenishing deficiency, harmonizing internal organs, promoting blood circulation, preventing cancer, and sterilizing. It has certain curative effects on abdominal pain and diarrhea

Sichuan Dandan Noodles
Dandan noodles were originally made by small vendors walking along the streets of Sichuan. One end was a stove (for cooking noodles) and the other end was a variety of seasonings. They shouted while walking. Some buyers immediately cooked the noodles and added seasonings. In an instant, a bowl of steaming, spicy and fragrant Sichuan-style noodles was ready. Because they were selling noodles on a burden, over time this kind of noodles became known as Dandan noodles.

Nutritious tomato juice
Seeing Fatty drink up all the tomato juice in one gulp, everyone's eyes widened, as if they were seeing the ninth wonder of the world! Xiaopang is a foodie, otherwise why would he be a little fat? This guy will eat anything, refuse no one who comes, and will take the initiative when he is hungry. We have to hide the newly bought snacks, otherwise we will not even be able to eat the scum. But there is one thing we never have to worry about being eaten by him, and that is tomatoes. Because Xiaopang doesn’t like tomatoes. So, when the tomato juice came out of the machine, for those missing snacks, I didn’t hesitate to bring a big cup to Fatty. Fatty refused at first, but with the patient persuasion of many of our "good Samaritans", Fatty cautiously took a sip, and then... drank up the large glass of tomato juice happily. Everyone must have guessed the result, Little G didn't even drink a drop...

Cantonese style five-nut mooncake
Mid-Autumn Festival, mooncake season. I have been making mooncakes for several years. At first, my dad liked to make mooncakes by himself, and I joined in the fun. Later, I felt that what I was making was not authentic enough, so I found a senior *** from a food factory and studied with him. I learned the authentic formula and process. After the master taught me, it was different. The texture and taste of the mooncakes suddenly improved to a big level. In addition, I ate my own carefully selected ingredients and was willing to spend a lot of money. The mooncakes I made were much more delicious than those sold for sale. I took them to the chef for appraisal, and the chef said they were delicious. This is all thanks to the recipe given by the master. Today’s recipe for five kernels is a relatively high-end Cantonese five kernel recipe, not an ordinary five kernel recipe. The mooncake buns made according to this recipe are delicious!
