  1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture (choose beef with clear texture)

  2. Cut the beef into large pieces, add ginger and beef to cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes before taking it out (it’s best to pick out the white tendons, but my knife skills are not good and the knife at home is too dull, so I omitted it)

  3. After cooking, shrunk the beef, cut it into small strips, rinse it with water again, and wring out the water

  4. Add salt-baked chicken powder and stir evenly

  5. Put the beef into the pot and add all the seasonings except cumin powder and chili powder

  6. Add water and cook for 40 minutes (I prefer a chewy texture and this time is just right. If you like softer food, you can extend the time or use a pressure cooker instead)

  7. Take out the cooked beef and drain

  8. Put oil in the pot, heat it for 5 minutes, then pour in the beef

  11. Sprinkle in cumin powder and chili powder while it's hot. After taking the photo, I realized that I forgot to add white sesame seeds. Adding sesame seeds would make it more delicious
