Add spinach leaves with a little water and use a food processor to squeeze the juice.

Add spinach juice to flour and make green dough. Add water to flour and mix into white dough.

Peel the fish and cut the pork into cubes and set aside.

Add minced pork, minced mustard, chives, salt, minced ginger, minced green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the fish.

Roll the green dough into a rectangular shape and roll the white dough into a round shape.
