  5. Add chili powder, white pepper powder, and shredded ginger and stir well.

  6. Add soy sauce to color, season and stir well.

  7. Add lotus white and green and red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

  8. Fry until cooked, shovel out and set aside.

  9. Add an appropriate amount of corn oil to the wok, add rice cake slices and add a little water and stir-fry until cooked and soft.
