The Korean peninsula is surrounded by the sea on three sides, and eating seafood is very common. Use a knife to carefully scrape off the fine scales on the tail and fins of the silver carp. Use a kitchen knife to fillet the fish starting from the tail and moving in along with the big bones. Take out the fish fillets and chop the fish bones into small pieces.

Luffa, radish, and zucchini are cut into 3mm half-moon slices, old tofu is cut into 5mm thickness, and peppers and green onions are sliced (all three vegetables can be used, or two or one kind can be used. Use them all, and the amount should be reduced, otherwise it will be full)

Cut the old tofu into 5mm thickness, slice the peppers and green onions, and mince the garlic

Take a small casserole, first put the fish bones on the bottom, then stack loofah, radish, and old tofu slices

Cut silver carp fillets into three slices (4 to 5 slices are fine depending on the size of the fish) to make them easy to taste. Stack them on top and add water. Bring to a boil over high heat
