Overview
I especially like to eat beans, especially spicy stir-fried beans, but the stir-fried beans in restaurants are very oily. For the sake of health and to satisfy my appetite, I made a homemade plate of stir-fried beans.

Wash the beans, cut them into 3 cm long sections, and put them in a microwave container for later use

After five minutes, take the beans out of the microwave, turn them up and down, and continue to heat them in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes

After stir-frying until the aroma comes out, add the meat filling and stir-fry

After the meat filling changes color slightly, add a little light soy sauce and Laoganma black bean sauce, and continue to stir-fry

Finally, add the heated beans and stir-fry, add a little salt and chicken powder, and take it out of the pot
