For New Year's Eve dinner, while enjoying a sumptuous meal, you must eat dumplings. Dumplings for New Year’s Eve dinner must be stuffed with three delicacies. Pork, shrimp, and eggs are the traditional three delicacies. Usually it is also paired with some leeks. I like the golden color of pumpkin, which also means auspiciousness, so I added some pumpkin to the filling. After a few adjustments, the filling became brighter and tasted great.
