Overview
Family portraits imply reunion and happiness. It is the grand finale of our New Year's Eve dinner. It contains a wide variety of ingredients, such as fried fish, egg cages and homemade fish, which all reflect the traditional characteristics of Shanghai. There are also ingredients with beautiful meanings, such as pig tongue (Cai Tou), vermicelli (long and long), etc., including meat and vegetables. Prepare fish balls, egg cages, fried fish, cooked salted chicken, cooked pork belly strips, and cooked pork tongue
