Overview

Pomfret is also known as flat fish and mirror fish. It has few spines, thick meat and good taste. It is a fish with very high nutritional value and is a natural nutritional product.   1. Two small sea pomfrets, carefully cut them open at the mouth and remove the internal organs and the black membrane in the belly. Wash and cut diamond-shaped flowers on the back of the fish.

  2. Add a pinch of salt, two tablespoons of cooking wine, and a little pepper. Massage the fish body on both sides until the seasoning is evenly spread.

  4. Arrange the chopped condiments on the fish. Massage the seasoning and fish body with your hands a few times. Marinate for 5 minutes.

  6. Pick up the seasonings from the fish and pour the steamed water into a small bowl. Cut some green and red chili dices, shredded green onions, and ginger slices again and sprinkle them on the fish.

  7. Heat a small spoonful of oil in a wok (not too much). Rinse the seasoning on the fish with hot oil.

  8. Sauce: Add 1/2 spoon of steamed fish soy sauce, 2 spoons of pepper and aniseed water, 6 drops of balsamic vinegar, and a little sugar to the steamed fish water you just poured out. Bring to a boil in a wok. Carefully pour over fish.
