Yuqian fresh meat fried dumplings
Overview
Continuing with Yuqian delicacies, I woke up early on the first day of the holiday and made fried dumplings. I rolled the skins with stone-ground flour and dough, and put Yuqian in the meat filling to increase the soup of the filling. Not bad!

Pork mince bought in supermarket

Cleaned Yuqian

Chop the minced pork and Yuqian again and mix

Then add cooking wine, ginger juice, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper and chicken powder

Stir evenly to form a filling and set aside

Take a basin and add flour. I used stone ground flour and add a little salt

Slowly add water and stir with chopsticks until it becomes like cotton wool

Knead into a smooth dough and rest for 15 minutes

Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces

Take a small dough, flatten it and roll it out

Add appropriate amount of Yuqian fresh meat filling

Wrap the dumpling skin with pleats

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan

Put the dumplings into the pot

Add appropriate amount of water and cover and bring to boil

Cook until the water in the pot dries up and the bottom of the dumplings is browned. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
