Ingredients: tofu, mushrooms, eggs, vermicelli, soaked fungus, and shredded lean meat.

Cut the tofu, mushrooms and fungus into shreds, soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into sections.

Finely chop onion and ginger.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the shredded pork changes color.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.

Pour into a bowl of stock and add water.

After the water boils, add the tofu, fungus and vermicelli.

Pour in water starch to thicken to desired consistency.
