Overview
Sour beans and minced meat is a traditional Han Chinese dish in Sichuan Province and belongs to Sichuan cuisine. Made with cowpeas, pork, watercress, etc. Use the fried pickled beans to stir-fry rice, make porridge, mix with noodles, and eat it with sesame cakes.
